License Renewals 2026
Contractor license renewal for 2026 will be available starting 12/2/2025.
Renewal reminder cards have been mailed. You may renew online or in office.
Licenses renewed with Pueblo Regional Building Department(PRBD) will be carried over to the new Southern Colorado Building Department(SoCoBD).
SoCoBD licenses will be valid only inside the city limits of Pueblo and Boone. Contractors working outside these city limits will need to be registered
with Pueblo County Planning and Development Building Division. Further information regarding this transition will be made available soon.

Commercial Plan Review File Changes - Important
With the change to our new website, commercial plan reviews will no longer be submitted as one large file. Instead, they will be uploaded by 'division of work'. A typical set will include Site Plan, Architectural Plan, Civil Plan, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and specs.
This should make it easier for submission and allows for revisions to be completed while waiting for other division reviews.

Update on Re-Roofing with an installed solar system
