Solar Project Routing

In order to make solar PV projects easier to accomplish, we have standardized the routing sheets required.
Please note the requirements for each type of project vary based on other agency requirements and be sure to use the appropriate form.
You may obtain the form by clicking on the the area title below.

City of Pueblo Solar

City rooftop systems only require routing for Black Hills. Ground Mounts require City Planning.

Pueblo County Solar

Projects in unincorporated areas of the County require approval by County Planning and the appropriate power company.

Pueblo West Solar

Projects in Pueblo West require approval by County Planning and the appropriate power company. Ground Mount solar requires
approval of Pueblo West Metro district as well.
